
SPECIALIZED BOOTCAMPS
Bootcamp is a military inspired outdoor fitness course that runs over three morning or evenings per week over a four week period. Bootcamp starts out with an initial brief and fitness assessment and then features training that will improve your strength, speed, stamina, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance and mental fortitude before finishing with a final fitness assessment at the end of the fourth week.
