Forget what you have seen in the movies; this is the real deal! We believe that our bootcamps are the best. Why; all of our bootcamps are conducted by qualified military Physical Training Instructors. Each PTI has undergone six months of training at the Australian Defence Force Physical Training School and has then reinforced those skills by instructing in the Army, Navy or Airforce. There is no substitute to a real military background and we believe Bootcamps conducted by trainers without this experience can only ever be second best.

Do I have to be fit to participate in BOOTCAMP?
Of course not, that is why you are coming! So long as you can run at a moderate pace for at least a couple of minutes at a time, you will be fine. BOOTCAMP is designed to cater for almost all levels of fitness and allows the not so fit, through to the very fit to work within, and push their own boundaries.
What type of training will I be doing at BOOTCAMP?
All BOOTCAMP sessions are designed around burning maximum amounts of energy through cardiovascular and muscular endurance based workouts. You will do everything from general conditioning circuits to military scenarios during your time at Bootcamp. What this means is that you will be losing fat, gaining strength and getting fit at the same time.
Will I be yelled at like the actual military?
No. We will not belittle, mock or yell at you. What we will do, is employ selected military training techniques to bring out the best in you. BOOTCAMP aims to bring people together with a common goal to participate in an encouraging environment and while Bootcamp may not be as ‘friendly’ as your average aerobics class, it is certainly not what you may have seen in the movies.
What results should I expect to see from BOOTCAMP?
- Fat Loss
- Muscular Endurance
- Increase Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance
- Agility
- Speed
- Stamina
- Strength
What should I bring to BOOTCAMP?
You will be presented with your complementary BOOTCAMP T-shirt on the first session. Please wear your BOOTCAMP shirt to every session and bring your water bottle, you will need it. The rest of your clothing should be appropriate to workout in and comfortable. During the cooler months you should bring a jumper to warm up and cool down and pack a rain jacket in as well, because BOOTCAMP continues rain, hail or shine. Please, remove your valuables before each session to prevent damage and injury and running shoes only; as casual footwear does not provide the correct cushioning for jogging.
What if I can’t make all of the sessions?
It is not a problem if you miss one or two of the sessions, everyone has unavoidable circumstances from time to time. If you can’t make a session, please give your instructor a call on the evening prior.
Who instructs BOOTCAMP and what are their qualifications?
BOOTCAMP is facilitated by a qualified military physical training instructor. What this means, is that the training in which you are participating is based on that of our own Army, Navy and Airforce. Safety is the number one concern in our BOOTCAMP and being properly qualified to provide this training means that no unnecessary risks are taken.
